These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of synvexabiolabs.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from Synvexa Bio Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you are 21 or older and that you are a qualified purchaser of laboratory research materials.

2. Research Use Only

All products referenced or sold on this Site are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or veterinary use, and they may not be used in or on humans or animals under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and represent that you understand the nature of research materials; you are trained and qualified to handle laboratory reagents safely; you assume full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, and use of everything you purchase; and you will not resell products for any prohibited purpose. 3. Order Acceptance

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, restrict service to any customer or region, limit quantities, and require additional verification before fulfilling an order. If we cancel an order after payment, the payment will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and availability accurate; where an error occurs, we may cancel affected orders and refund payment. Payment is due in full at checkout through the methods offered on the Site.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for improper use or misapplication of any product; handling, storage, or preparation errors; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use, handling, or resale of any product.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, product imagery, and materials are the intellectual property of Synvexa Bio Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute — most issues are resolved quickly through support. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and referral to collections or law enforcement where appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Severability & Changes

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
