What purity are your compounds?

Catalog compounds are produced to a ≥99% purity specification. We batch test our research peptides monthly through independent third-party laboratories; the resulting certificates of analysis are available on the Lab Reports page as they are published.

Do you include a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes — COAs are published at the lot level. If a COA for your lot is not yet posted, contact support with your order number.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Transit estimates are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking as soon as a label is created.

Are your products for human use?

No. Every product we sell is strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, medical, diagnostic, or veterinary use, and we decline orders where any other intent is indicated.

How should products be stored?

Storage and handling guidance appropriate to laboratory settings is listed on each certificate of analysis.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. See the Refund & Return Policy.
