Refund & Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below. Once a compound leaves our control, its chain of custody and storage conditions can no longer be verified, so returned product can never be restocked or resold.
1. General Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, ordering errors (wrong compound or size selected at checkout), improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery, or opened or used products.
Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — orders that have not yet been processed may, at our discretion, be corrected or cancelled.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product, a defective product, or an incorrect item, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the packaging and the affected items
Send claims to [email protected]. Upon review, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, issue a store credit, or issue a refund in cases where replacement is not possible. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
3. Non-Delivery
Refunds for undelivered orders may be considered only if the order was not delivered due to an error on our part, the carrier confirms the shipment was lost in transit, and the claim is submitted promptly after the expected delivery window passes. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled; see the Shipping Policy for address-accuracy responsibilities.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated. Store credits are applied to your account and never expire.
